Within the VIII Children’s and Youth Day against School Bullying, Dancing the Emotions proposes an experience where movement becomes a tool to explore emotions, creativity and communication. Through games, body dynamics and small collective proposals, the participating children will work on body awareness, emotional expression and the relationship with the group.
The activity, taught by Iria Fernández Lumbreras and Nuria Hedo Berrocal, uses educational dance as a starting point to promote confidence, listening and knowledge of oneself and others. An invitation to discover that the body can also be a language to express how we feel.
Organized by the Muestra •t Anti-Bullying Day and Martina’s Room, this session is designed to learn, move and have fun in a safe and participatory environment.
The activity is aimed at girls and boys from 6 to 10 years old. Participation is free with prior registration and only minors attending must register.
