El Remolón and Brawlio arrive at Maravillas Club with a proposal that fuses contemporary electronic music with Latin American folklore. Through synthesizers, electronic bases and new readings of the traditional songbook, both artists build a sound universe where experimentation and roots music coexist.
Their joint work recovers coplas, vidalas and other popular expressions to transfer them to new contexts, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity that also incorporates a look linked to queer and dissident identities.
The evening is completed with the performance of MIEL, in an evening that celebrates the diversity of sounds, influences and ways of understanding contemporary music from an open and mestizo perspective.
This concert is part of the programme of Muestra•t, the cultural festival of MADO Madrid Orgullo, which in its 20th edition continues to bring together artistic proposals that connect culture, diversity and new forms of creation.
