Plaza del Rey, transformed into Plaza de las Reinas during Madrid Pride, will be transformed into a vibrant and welcoming space to celebrate family diversity with an event full of creative, educational and, above all, fun activities. Designed for all ages, this special gathering, framed within the official program of MADO Madrid Pride 2025, seeks to make visible and celebrate diverse families in an environment of safety, freedom and respect, because Pride is a celebration for everyone, including families!

Activities to Dream, Create and Play

From the more dynamic to the more reflective activities, there will be something for every member of the family:

• Giant Wooden Games: Get ready for shared outdoor laughs with large-scale versions of timeless classics. A great way to have fun together.
• Crafts “Make your Wand”: A workshop where imagination will fly freely. The little ones will be able to create their own magic wand, encouraging personal expression and creativity.
• Fast & Fun: For those looking for an energy boost, these dynamic activities guarantee movement and adrenaline, perfect for releasing pent-up energy.

The Grand Finale: La Chica Charcos Concert

The highlight of the day will come with the awaited concert of La Chica Charcos. Patricia Charcos, recognized for her incredible work in the family arena, will offer a fresh, musical and humorous show. Through songs, poetry and object theater, she will achieve a unique connection with the children’s audience, inviting everyone to imagine, share and enjoy in community. It is a proposal that promises to leave everyone with a smile and a full heart.

A Community Driven Event

This event is possible thanks to the joint efforts of Aegal, coordinated by Fulanita de Tal, and with the invaluable collaboration of the FELGTBI+ families group, the LGTBIQ+ families association GALEHI, and COGAM. Together, they have created an inclusive and festive space for all families to feel represented and celebrated.
