Within the framework of the 20th anniversary of Muestra•t, these conferences propose a space for meeting and reflection on the cultural, social and political impact of artificial intelligence on the creation and circulation of images.
Taking as its starting point the exhibition An Non-Existent Archive, by Chilean artist Felipe Rivas, the meeting will address issues such as visual representation, memory, digital rights and the challenges posed by AI-generated images in a society increasingly crossed by these technologies.
Aimed at artists, cultural professionals, students and the general public, the conference seeks to generate an open and accessible dialogue on the new ways of producing, interpreting and understanding images in the era of artificial intelligence.
