Improvise, move, create… and learn to face harassment through rhythm, listening and imagination.
As part of the Muestra T anti-bullying days, Impro Power, a free theatrical improvisation workshop with a groundbreaking and fun approach, has arrived. Designed for girls and boys from 10 to 12 years old, this proposal brings into play body expression, creativity, humor and urban culture as tools for prevention, empowerment and group work.
During the session, each participant will be able to invent characters, say the first thing that comes to mind, move freely, play with voice and body, and discover new ways to channel their emotions. The objective is clear: to develop confidence, strengthen bonds and encourage self-acceptance and acceptance of others, all from the freedom of play.
Led by the WIT Escuela team, a benchmark in stage improvisation training, this workshop aims to transform the way you look at yourself and others. Because when you connect with your creativity, you also learn to defend yourself, to express yourself without fear… and to find in the game your best ally.
