On the night of June 8 at Sala Maravillas, three projects meet to break the boundaries between genres, disciplines and languages. A crossroads where music, performance and sound creation dialogue with diversity and artistic freedom.
Amparo’s Muses are court jesters, baroque galactics with a bearing of their own. From a Basque-Catalan electropop born in the margins, they mix party and precariousness in songs that invite you to dance while the world crumbles. A sound that oscillates between existentialism and the dance floor, in Catalan, Basque and Spanish.
Gente Que Miente is an art pop duo from Madrid formed by Paz Alberta and Clau Sánchez. Their hybrid proposal draws from pop, hip hop, electronica and R&B, exploring a sound as diverse as their artistic backgrounds. Their songs are urban beats full of intimacy and strength.
Maider Lasa Santamaría is a singer, actress and multidisciplinary performer. She investigates the relationship between body and voice in the contemporary scene, creating pieces where performance, physical theater and sound creation merge into a language of her own. Her work is an invitation to live art from the flesh and vibration.
This meeting is part of muestra-t, the cultural agenda of MADO Madrid Orgullo, a space that celebrates diversity through art and culture.
