Curated by Esther Santos, Women: Resistance and Sisterhood reflects on the situations of violence, abuse, war and vulnerability that affect many women in different parts of the world.

The exhibition focuses on women’s ability to resist, rebuild and support each other, claiming values such as resilience, empowerment and sisterhood as fundamental tools to face adversity and generate change.

This exhibition is part of the programme of Muestra•t, the cultural festival of MADO Madrid Pride, which celebrates its 20th edition promoting artistic proposals committed to diversity, human rights and social transformation.
